   NT

Alzheimer’s Australia NT provides support, counselling, information and education to help people living with dementia, their families and those working in the dementia field.

Memory loss and confusion are the most striking initial symptoms of dementia. However, these can result from treatable illnesses, so a complete medical assessment is always necessary.

If you are caring for a person with dementia, are concerned about yourself, or a relative or friend, you are not alone. Alzheimer’s Australia NT can help. People living with early stage dementia also find our services of benefit.

In addition, we aim to increase community acceptance and understanding of a person with dementia and their family carers, through raising community awareness.
