Their name will appear on your credit card statement, but you will receive a receipt and acknowledgment of your donation from Alzheimer's Australia (Qld). Your donation will go to help people with dementia, their carers and families in Queensland.

In memoriam donations
When a person passes away, family and friends often want to do something special to remember them and honour their memory. As a suitable tribute you may wish to consider a donation to Alzheimer’s Australia (Qld).
To donate in memory of a family member or friend please telephone us on (07) 3895 8200 or fill in an in memoriam form and send it with your cheque, money order or credit card details to:

Donations can be made by credit card, cheque or money order. We will send you a tax receipt for your gift, as well as a letter to the family informing them of your generosity in memory of your friend or relative.
