Who will I speak to?

The National Dementia Helpline is staffed by trained and experienced advisers.  Many of the advisers have personal experience in dementia care.

Is it a confidential service?

Yes, all of our counselling and support services are private and confidential.  Your personal information will not be shared with others without your consent, unless required by law.  See our privacy policy.

What will happen next?

The adviser you speak to may suggest some next steps for you.  This could be in the form of written material to begin with or to make an appointment to meet one of our counsellors.
