- appropriate management of behaviours of concern associated with dementia
- reminiscence therapy for people with dementia and many others.
The Dementia Training Institute (DTIA) is a Registered Training Organisation and provides accredited training via the Demntia Care Competency CHACI5A, an 8 module course.
The Activity Workers' Course is a 12 hour course for people who provide activities for people with dementia.
Workshops and courses are conducted at the Association and aged care facilities both in South Australia and other states on request.
