Dementia & Memory Community Centres NSW
Visit our Dementia & Memory Community Centres around NSW and join in the activities and events on offer.

Dementia Helpline
A telephone information and support service available across Australia operating Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Education and Training
Attend our information sessions and education programs to learn more about dementia and practical ways of dealing with it.

Living with Memory Loss Program NSW
The Living with Memory Loss Program is an information and support program aiming to maximise the health and well-being of people living with early stage dementia, and their carers. Research has proven the benefit of this type of program in providing early intervention and ongoing support. The program is free of charge and runs over seven weekly two-hour sessions at the same time each week.

Safely Home Project
Safely Home is a joint project of Alzheimer’s Australia NSW and the NSW Police Force. It provides rapid and accurate identification and return of a wandering person to their home.
